Thank you for your interest in applying to St Charles College! At our school, we welcome applications for places across our through-school, ranging from Pre-Primary (Year 000) all the way through to Sixth Form (Grade 12).

When you’re ready to begin, our online application portal makes it quick and easy to submit your application and supporting documents.

STEP 1: REVIEW OUR FEES

Before beginning your application, please take a moment to review our fee structure to ensure that you are familiar with tuition and boarding costs.

STEP 2: SCAN YOUR DOCUMENTS

Please have the following ready to upload:

Copy of your son’s Birth Certificate (or passport if he is not a South African citizen)
Recent photograph of your son
Scanned copy of your son’s most recent school report *
Copy of both parents’ payslips, or three months’ bank statement if a parent owns a company

*For Pre-Primary boys who don’t yet have a school report, only upload the birth certificate and photograph.

Please Note: Your application cannot proceed until all required documents have been uploaded.

STEP 3: APPLICATIONS FOR BROTHERS

If you are an existing parent placing an application for a sibling, please use the same email address listed in our parent database. If you are unsure, or need to update your email, please contact us first to verify the correct email address.

STEP 4: BEGIN YOUR APPLICATION

Once your documents are ready, you are ready to start your application. Good news: there is no application fee.
