Applying to St Charles College begins online.

Prepare your application
Your application cannot proceed until all required documents have been submitted.
Please have the following ready before you begin:

Copy of your son’s birth certificate
Or passport if he is not a South African citizen.

Recent photograph of your son

Most recent school report
For Pre-Primary boys who do not yet have a school report, only the birth certificate and photograph are required.
04.
Financial documents
A copy of both parents’ payslips, or three months’ bank statements if a parent owns a company.
There is no application fee.

Scholarships are considered for Form 2 entry and may be awarded in academic, sport or music.
Families interested in scholarships should first complete the admissions application and submit all required supporting documents. Applicants may apply for more than one scholarship type, where relevant.
Scholarship awards are competitive, limited and made at the discretion of the College. The Admissions Team can advise on the current scholarship process, timing, requirements and availability. -

Families applying from outside South Africa are encouraged to begin the admissions process early, as international enrolment may involve additional travel, visa, medical cover and payment requirements.
Important steps may include receiving an acceptance letter from St Charles College, applying for a study permit from the country of residence, arranging South African medical cover, holding a valid passport and preparing return air tickets.
