Leadership Is a Journey - Prefect Announcement

It is always a special occasion when boys are recognised for their commitment to serving the College community. Recently, we were delighted to announce the appointment of two new prefects, Connor Simpson and Shou yi Chi. 

Both young men have demonstrated leadership throughout the year, making meaningful contributions across a variety of areas within school life. Their appointment reflects not only their willingness to serve, but also the dedication, responsibility and positive example they have consistently shown to their peers. 

Leadership is a journey that develops over time. It requires commitment, self-reflection and, most importantly, opportunities to step forward and make a difference. The process of becoming an effective leader never truly ends, as there are always new lessons to learn and fresh challenges that encourage growth. Through their actions, Connor and Shou yi have already shown a desire to lead by example and to continually strive for improvement. As they step into their new responsibilities, they will be guided by the principles of the Prefects’ Creed, which calls upon them to lead with kindness, fairness and quiet strength. By embracing our prefect motto in all that they do, they have the opportunity to make a lasting and positive impact on those around them. 

We congratulate Connor and Shou yi on this significant achievement and look forward to the valuable contribution they will make to the life of the College as they serve with integrity, humility and dedication.
